Togethery 이용약관

본 약관은 Togethery(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 서비스 제공자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다. 서비스는 가족·친구·연인 등이 장보기 목록과 할 일을 함께 관리하고 공유하는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 이용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 서비스가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 및 관련 제반 서비스의 이용조건과 절차, 이용자와 서비스 제공자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

이용자: 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원을 말합니다.
계정: 이용자 식별과 서비스 이용을 위해 소셜 로그인(Google / Kakao / Apple)으로 생성된 이용자별 식별 정보를 말합니다.
그룹: 이용자가 다른 이용자를 초대하여 장보기·할 일 콘텐츠를 함께 관리·공유하는 단위를 말합니다.
콘텐츠: 이용자가 서비스 내에서 작성·등록하는 항목, 체크리스트, 코멘트, 닉네임 등 일체의 정보를 말합니다.
구독: 프리미엄 기능 이용을 위해 정기 결제로 제공되는 유료 서비스를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
서비스 제공자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 변경 내용과 시행일을 본 페이지 또는 앱 내에 사전 공지합니다.
이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 변경 공지 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제4조 (서비스의 내용 및 제공)

서비스는 장보기 목록·할 일 관리, 그룹 기반 공유·실시간 동기화, 코멘트, 알림 등의 기능을 제공합니다.
일부 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 일부 고급 기능은 제8조의 유료 구독을 통해 제공됩니다. 무료·유료 기능의 범위는 앱 내에 표시됩니다.
서비스 제공자는 서비스의 내용·기능을 개선·변경할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 사전에 공지합니다.
서비스는 시스템 점검, 통신 장애, 천재지변 등 불가피한 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (계정 및 회원가입)

이용자는 소셜 로그인(Google / Kakao / Apple)을 통해 계정을 생성하여 서비스를 이용합니다.
이용자는 자신의 계정을 직접 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정을 타인에게 양도·대여할 수 없습니다.
만 14세 미만 아동은 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있으며, 관련 법령에 따른 보호자 동의가 필요할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 설정에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 관련 데이터는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

타인의 계정·개인정보를 도용하거나 부정하게 사용하는 행위
법령·공서양속에 반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 등록·공유하는 행위
서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 시스템에 부정 접근하는 행위
서비스를 역설계·복제·변조하거나 영리 목적으로 무단 이용하는 행위
기타 관련 법령 또는 본 약관에 위반되는 행위

제7조 (이용자 콘텐츠 및 그룹 공유)

이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠의 권리와 책임은 작성한 이용자에게 있습니다.
그룹에 등록된 콘텐츠는 해당 그룹의 다른 구성원에게 공유·열람됩니다. 이용자는 그룹 공유의 성격을 이해하고 콘텐츠를 등록해야 합니다.
서비스 제공자는 서비스 운영·제공을 위해 필요한 범위에서 이용자 콘텐츠를 저장·표시·동기화할 수 있습니다.
서비스 제공자는 법령 위반 또는 본 약관 위반 콘텐츠에 대해 사전 통지 후(긴급 시 사후 통지) 삭제·접근 제한 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (유료 서비스 및 구독)

서비스는 프리미엄 기능에 대해 월간 및 연간 자동 갱신 구독을 제공합니다. 구독은 그룹 단위로 적용되며, 한 명의 구독으로 해당 그룹 구성원 모두가 프리미엄 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
가격 및 기간은 결제 시점에 앱 내 및 각 스토어(App Store / Google Play)에 표시되며, 국가·통화·스토어 정책에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
결제는 이용자의 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다.
자동 갱신: 구독은 현재 구독 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전까지 자동 갱신을 해지하지 않으면, 동일한 기간·금액으로 자동 갱신되어 결제됩니다.
해지: 이용자는 기기의 스토어 구독 관리 설정(App Store 계정 설정 또는 Google Play 정기 결제)에서 언제든지 자동 갱신을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 현재 결제된 기간이 끝날 때까지 프리미엄 기능이 유지되며, 다음 기간부터 갱신되지 않습니다.
무료 체험(제공되는 경우): 체험 기간 종료 전까지 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 자동 전환되어 결제됩니다. 체험 조건은 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.
구독을 해지하더라도 결제 화면에 별도 명시가 없는 한, 이미 결제된 기간의 잔여분은 환불되지 않습니다(제9조 참조).

제9조 (청약철회 및 환불)

유료 구독의 결제·환불은 각 앱 마켓(App Store / Google Play)의 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 환불은 해당 스토어의 환불 정책 및 절차를 따릅니다.
대한민국 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관계 법령이 보장하는 청약철회권은 보장됩니다. 다만 이미 제공이 개시된 디지털 콘텐츠 등 법령상 청약철회가 제한되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.
환불 요청은 각 스토어를 통하거나, 제14조의 문의처로 연락할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (광고)

서비스는 무료 이용자에게 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 광고와 관련한 개인정보·광고 식별자의 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 프리미엄 구독 시 광고가 제거됩니다.

제11조 (서비스 이용 제한 및 계약 해지)

이용자가 본 약관 또는 관련 법령을 위반하는 경우, 서비스 제공자는 사전 통지 후(긴급 시 사후 통지) 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능을 통해 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제12조 (면책조항 및 책임의 한계)

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 서비스 제공자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스의 무중단·무오류를 보증하지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 이용자의 귀책사유, 제3자(소셜 로그인·결제·광고 제공자 등)의 서비스 장애 등 책임 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이용자 간(그룹 구성원 간) 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대해 서비스 제공자는 개입 의무가 없으며 책임을 지지 않습니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 제공자의 책임은 제한됩니다.

제13조 (분쟁 해결 및 준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관련 법령에 따른 절차로 해결합니다. 소송이 필요한 경우 관할은 관계 법령이 정하는 바에 따릅니다.

Togethery Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users regarding the use of Togethery ("the Service"). The Service is a mobile application that lets families, friends, and partners manage and share shopping lists and to-dos together. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the mobile application and related services provided by the Service, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the service provider.

2. Definitions

User: a member who uses the Service under these Terms.
Account: per-user identification created via social login (Google / Kakao / Apple) for identifying users and enabling use of the Service.
Group: a unit in which a user invites others to manage and share shopping/to-do content together.
Content: any information a user creates or submits within the Service, including items, checklists, comments, and nicknames.
Subscription: a paid service provided via recurring payment to access premium features.

3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service or on this page.
The service provider may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce the changes and their effective date on this page or in the app in advance.
If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and delete their account. Continuing to use the Service after the amendment notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

4. Service Contents and Provision

The Service provides features such as shopping list/to-do management, group-based sharing and real-time sync, comments, and notifications.
Some features are provided free of charge, while certain advanced features are provided through the paid subscription under Article 8. The scope of free and paid features is shown within the app.
The service provider may improve or change the contents and features of the Service, and will give advance notice of material changes.
The Service may be temporarily suspended for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, network failures, or force majeure.

5. Account and Registration

Users create an account and use the Service via social login (Google / Kakao / Apple).
Users are responsible for managing their own account and may not transfer or lend it to others.
Use by children under the applicable minimum age may be restricted and may require guardian consent under applicable law.
Users may delete their account at any time in the app settings; upon deletion, related data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following:

Misappropriating or fraudulently using another person's account or personal information
Posting or sharing content that violates law or public order or infringes others' rights
Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or gaining unauthorized access to the system
Reverse-engineering, copying, modifying, or using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
Other conduct that violates applicable law or these Terms

7. User Content and Group Sharing

The rights to and responsibility for content created by a user belong to that user.
Content posted to a group is shared with and viewable by the other members of that group. Users should understand the nature of group sharing before posting content.
The service provider may store, display, and synchronize user content to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Service.
The service provider may remove or restrict access to content that violates law or these Terms, with prior notice (or subsequent notice in urgent cases).

8. Paid Services and Subscriptions

The Service offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. A subscription applies per group, so one member's subscription unlocks premium features for all members of that group.
Price and duration are shown at the time of purchase within the app and on each store (App Store / Google Play), and may vary by country, currency, and store policy.
Payment is charged to the user's App Store or Google Play account.
Auto-renewal: unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews and is charged for the same period and amount.
Cancellation: users may turn off auto-renewal at any time in the store subscription management settings (App Store account settings or Google Play subscriptions). Upon cancellation, premium features remain until the end of the already-paid period and do not renew thereafter.
Free trial (if offered): unless canceled before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and is charged. Trial terms are shown on the purchase screen.
Unless otherwise stated on the purchase screen, no refund is provided for the remaining portion of an already-paid period upon cancellation (see Article 9).

9. Withdrawal and Refunds

Payment and refunds for paid subscriptions are processed through each app marketplace's billing system (App Store / Google Play), and refunds follow the respective store's refund policy and procedures.
The right of withdrawal guaranteed by applicable law, including the Republic of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, is respected. However, this does not apply where withdrawal is legally restricted, such as for digital content whose provision has already begun.
Refund requests can be made through each store or via the contact in Article 14.

10. Advertising

The Service may display ads to free users. The processing of personal information and advertising identifiers related to ads follows the Privacy Policy. Ads are removed with a premium subscription.

11. Restriction of Use and Termination

If a user violates these Terms or applicable law, the service provider may restrict use of the Service or terminate the agreement, with prior notice (or subsequent notice in urgent cases).
Users may terminate the agreement at any time using the account deletion feature in the app.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The service provider is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its responsibility, such as force majeure, network failures, the user's own fault, or service disruptions of third parties (social login, payment, or ad providers).
The service provider has no obligation to intervene in and is not liable for disputes between users (group members) or between a user and a third party.
The service provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising in connection with use of the Service are resolved through procedures under applicable law, and jurisdiction, where litigation is necessary, follows applicable law.

本規約は、Togethery(以下「本サービス」)の利用に関して、サービス提供者と利用者との間の権利・義務および責任事項を定めるものです。本サービスは、家族・友人・パートナーが買い物リストややることを一緒に管理・共有するモバイルアプリケーションです。利用者は本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条 (目的)

本規約は、本サービスが提供するモバイルアプリケーションおよび関連サービスの利用条件・手続、ならびに利用者とサービス提供者の権利・義務および責任事項を定めることを目的とします。

第2条 (定義)

利用者: 本規約に従い本サービスを利用する会員をいいます。
アカウント: 利用者の識別および本サービスの利用のため、ソーシャルログイン(Google / Kakao / Apple)により作成される利用者ごとの識別情報をいいます。
グループ: 利用者が他の利用者を招待し、買い物・やることのコンテンツを共に管理・共有する単位をいいます。
コンテンツ: 利用者が本サービス内で作成・登録する項目、チェックリスト、コメント、ニックネームなど一切の情報をいいます。
サブスクリプション: プレミアム機能の利用のため、定期課金で提供される有料サービスをいいます。

第3条 (規約の効力および変更)

本規約は、本サービス内または本ページに掲載することにより効力が生じます。
サービス提供者は、関連法令に違反しない範囲で規約を変更でき、変更時には変更内容と施行日を本ページまたはアプリ内に事前に告知します。
利用者が変更後の規約に同意しない場合、本サービスの利用を中止しアカウントを削除できます。変更の告知後も本サービスを継続して利用する場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

第4条 (サービスの内容および提供)

本サービスは、買い物リスト・やること管理、グループベースの共有・リアルタイム同期、コメント、通知などの機能を提供します。
一部の機能は無料で提供され、一部の高度な機能は第8条の有料サブスクリプションを通じて提供されます。無料・有料機能の範囲はアプリ内に表示されます。
サービス提供者は、本サービスの内容・機能を改善・変更でき、重大な変更時には事前に告知します。
本サービスは、システム点検、通信障害、天災地変など、やむを得ない事由により一時的に中断される場合があります。

第5条 (アカウントおよび会員登録)

利用者は、ソーシャルログイン(Google / Kakao / Apple)を通じてアカウントを作成し、本サービスを利用します。
利用者は自身のアカウントを自ら管理する責任を負い、アカウントを第三者に譲渡・貸与できません。
適用される最低年齢未満の児童による利用は制限される場合があり、関連法令に基づく保護者の同意が必要な場合があります。
利用者はアプリ内の設定でいつでもアカウントを削除でき、削除時の関連データはプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

第6条 (利用者の義務および禁止行為)

利用者は次の行為をしてはなりません。

他人のアカウント・個人情報を盗用または不正に使用する行為
法令・公序良俗に反し、または他人の権利を侵害するコンテンツを登録・共有する行為
本サービスの正常な運営を妨害し、またはシステムに不正アクセスする行為
本サービスをリバースエンジニアリング・複製・改ざんし、または営利目的で無断利用する行為
その他、関連法令または本規約に違反する行為

第7条 (利用者コンテンツおよびグループ共有)

利用者が作成したコンテンツの権利および責任は、作成した利用者に帰属します。
グループに登録されたコンテンツは、当該グループの他の構成員に共有・閲覧されます。利用者はグループ共有の性質を理解したうえでコンテンツを登録する必要があります。
サービス提供者は、本サービスの運営・提供に必要な範囲で利用者コンテンツを保存・表示・同期できます。
サービス提供者は、法令違反または本規約違反のコンテンツについて、事前告知のうえ(緊急時は事後告知)削除・アクセス制限などの措置を講じることができます。

第8条 (有料サービスおよびサブスクリプション)

本サービスは、プレミアム機能について月額および年額の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します。サブスクリプションはグループ単位で適用され、一人の購読により当該グループの構成員全員がプレミアム機能を利用できます。
価格および期間は購入時点でアプリ内および各ストア(App Store / Google Play)に表示され、国・通貨・ストアの方針により異なる場合があります。
決済は利用者の App Store または Google Play アカウントに請求されます。
自動更新: 現在の購読期間の終了の少なくとも24時間前までに自動更新を解除しない場合、同一の期間・金額で自動的に更新され課金されます。
解約: 利用者は、端末のストアのサブスクリプション管理設定(App Store のアカウント設定または Google Play の定期購入)でいつでも自動更新を解除できます。解約した場合、既に課金された期間の終了までプレミアム機能が維持され、次の期間からは更新されません。
無料トライアル(提供される場合): トライアル期間の終了前に解約しない場合、有料サブスクリプションに自動的に移行して課金されます。トライアルの条件は購入画面に表示されます。
解約した場合でも、購入画面に別段の明示がない限り、既に課金された期間の残余分は返金されません(第9条参照)。

第9条 (申込みの撤回および返金)

有料サブスクリプションの決済・返金は、各アプリマーケット(App Store / Google Play)の決済システムを通じて処理され、返金は当該ストアの返金方針および手続に従います。
大韓民国「電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律」など関連法令が保障する撤回権は尊重されます。ただし、既に提供が開始されたデジタルコンテンツなど、法令上撤回が制限される場合はこの限りではありません。
返金の請求は、各ストアを通じて、または第14条の問い合わせ先へ連絡できます。

第10条 (広告)

本サービスは無料利用者に広告を掲載することがあります。広告に関する個人情報・広告識別子の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。プレミアムサブスクリプションでは広告が削除されます。

第11条 (利用制限および契約解除)

利用者が本規約または関連法令に違反する場合、サービス提供者は事前告知のうえ(緊急時は事後告知)本サービスの利用を制限し、または契約を解除できます。
利用者は、アプリ内のアカウント削除機能を通じて、いつでも利用契約を解除できます。

第12条 (免責事項および責任の制限)

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、サービス提供者は関連法令が許容する範囲で、本サービスの無中断・無誤謬を保証しません。
サービス提供者は、天災地変、通信障害、利用者の帰責事由、第三者(ソーシャルログイン・決済・広告提供者など)のサービス障害など、責に帰すべきでない事由により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
利用者間(グループ構成員間)または利用者と第三者との間で生じた紛争について、サービス提供者は介入義務を負わず、責任を負いません。
関連法令が許容する範囲で、サービス提供者の責任は制限されます。

第13条 (準拠法および紛争解決)

本規約は大韓民国の法律に従って解釈され、本サービスの利用に関連して紛争が生じた場合は、関連法令に基づく手続により解決します。訴訟が必要な場合の管轄は、関連法令の定めるところによります。
