Togethery(이하 "서비스")는 대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」 및 EU 일반 개인정보 보호규정 (GDPR) 등 관계 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 처리방침을 둡니다. 서비스는 가족·친구·연인 등이 장보기 목록과 할 일을 함께 관리하고 공유하는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다.

원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에서 일정 기간 보존을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 게재를 위해 광고 식별자 등 일부 정보가 아래 "처리 위탁"에 따라 Google로 전송될 수 있습니다.
서비스는 원활한 운영을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.

위탁 과정에서 개인정보가 미국 등 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
서비스는 무료 이용자에게 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재하며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS 광고 식별자(IDFA))와 기기 정보가 수집·이용될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 다음 방법으로 맞춤 광고를 거부하거나 추적을 제한할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정에서 직접 수정·계정 삭제가 가능하며, 아래 개인정보 보호책임자의 연락처로도 요청할 수 있습니다.
개인정보 보유 기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.
이 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령·정책 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 내용이 추가·삭제·수정될 경우 변경 사항을 본 페이지에 공지합니다.

Togethery ("the Service") complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and establishes this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information. The Service is a mobile application that lets families, friends, and partners manage and share shopping lists and to-dos together.

We retain personal information until the member withdraws (deletes their account), and destroy it without delay upon withdrawal. Where applicable law requires retention for a certain period, we keep it for that period.
We do not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, for ad delivery, certain information such as advertising identifiers may be transmitted to Google as described in "Outsourcing of Processing" below.

Personal information may be processed outside Korea (e.g., in the United States) during outsourcing.
The Service serves ads to free users through Google AdMob. In this process, advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA) and device information may be collected and used. You can opt out of personalized ads or limit tracking as follows:
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent. You can edit your information or delete your account directly in the app settings, or contact the data protection officer below.
When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved, we destroy the relevant information without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted in a manner that cannot be recovered.
This Privacy Policy applies from the effective date. If its contents are added to, deleted, or modified due to changes in law, policy, or the Service, we will announce the changes on this page.

原則として会員退会時まで保有し、退会時に遅滞なく破棄します。ただし、関連法令で一定期間の 保存が求められる場合は、当該期間中保管します。

委託の過程で、個人情報が米国など国外で処理される場合があります。
本サービスは無料利用者に対しGoogle AdMobを通じて広告を配信し、この過程で広告識別子 (Android広告ID、iOS広告識別子(IDFA))およびデバイス情報が収集・利用されることがあります。 利用者は次の方法でパーソナライズ広告を拒否したり、トラッキングを制限できます。
利用者はいつでも自身の個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止および同意の撤回を請求できます。 アプリ内の設定で直接修正・アカウント削除が可能なほか、下記の個人情報保護責任者の連絡先からも 請求できます。
個人情報の保有期間の経過または処理目的の達成時に、当該情報を遅滞なく破棄します。電子ファイルは 復元できない方法で永久に削除します。
本プライバシーポリシーは施行日から適用され、法令・方針またはサービスの変更により内容が 追加・削除・修正される場合、変更事項を本ページに掲載します。
